Personal Care Assistant

In order to support our mission of expanding worldwide care capabilities, Home Instead is actively recruiting kind and committed Care Professionals, our name for Caregivers. These individuals would be an excellent asset to our team. We provide a range of non-medical services to help elders age with dignity, care, and empathy, while still living peacefully in their own homes.

Accountabilities:

• Holding meaningful discussions and offering company
• Preparing meals and handling light cleaning duties
• Sending out prescription and appointment reminders
• Offering personal care help with grooming, washing, using the restroom, and managing incontinence
• Caring for Alzheimer's patients

What you need to have :

• A natural ability to take good care of elderly people and their belongings
• Dependability in transportation and timeliness for all shifts assigned
• Strong communication abilities for engaging with customers in a courteous, respectful, and professional way

We provide a range of shifts and are dedicated to showing our Care Pros how much we value them by offering fair pay and benefits in addition to reliable, round-the-clock assistance.
